News

Announcements, coverage, and the things we will not discuss.

This page exists so a journalist or an analyst can get what they need without three emails. Company milestones and press coverage sit here. Client names, logos and figures are governed by written consent, so expect us to decline on those until it exists, however good the story would be.

The record

Announcements and coverage.

Nothing announced on this page yet

We have chosen not to fill this page with recycled listing entries and directory mentions. When there is something worth reading, it will appear here with a date and a link.

Before you write to us

What we will talk about, and what we will not.

On the record, gladly
  • The economics of the Indian contact centre. Agent costs, the volume nobody can afford to work, and what changes when cost per attempt collapses.
  • Why automation rates plateau, and the position that the 80/20 split is permanent rather than a waypoint.
  • How the AI-to-human handoff actually works, including the parts that are hard and the ways it fails.
  • The regulatory shift, including what the new framework for AI in financial services requires of anyone running calls in that sector.
  • Building for Indian audio: ten-plus languages, mid-sentence switching, legacy telephony, adversarial callers.
  • Our own numbers, where they are ours to give: how long we have operated, how many enterprises run on the platform, how we are funded.
Not without written consent
  • Client names and logos. Some are approved for public use and most are not. We will not confirm a name you have heard elsewhere.
  • Client figures. Several of our strongest results are anonymised because consent covers a deck and not a newspaper. Anonymised means anonymised; we will not help you narrow it down.
  • Anything about a live pursuit. No confirmation, no hints, not even that a conversation exists.
  • Our clients' clients. A name two steps removed still needs consent, and it is rarely ours to give.
  • Competitor commentary. We will talk about categories of approach. We will not be quoted attacking a named company.

None of that is evasion, and it is worth saying why. In this market a vendor that leaks a client's numbers to get a headline is a vendor no bank signs afterwards. The discipline is the product.

For analysts

We will bring the harder version of the same story.

If you cover conversational AI, contact centres or Indian enterprise software, we would rather brief you properly than send a press kit. That means the architecture, the failure modes, the plateau argument with the evidence behind it, and the parts of the roadmap that are not finished. Founders take those calls directly.

The quickest way to understand us

Have the product call you before you interview anyone.

Put your number in and our AI rings you. Fifteen minutes with the thing itself will sharpen the questions more than any briefing document, and it is the same experience a bank's customer gets.
