Terms of use for this website, not for the service.

These terms govern your use of oriserve.com. They are not the agreement under which we deliver services.

If you are a client, your contract governs, not this page. Nothing here modifies, limits or adds to a signed master services agreement, statement of work or data processing agreement. Where this page and your contract disagree, your contract wins.

This site is operated by Unlax Consumer Solutions Private Limited, operating as Oriserve (CIN U74999MH2015PTC264880, GSTIN 09AABCU8186D1Z2), whose registered office is at 15 F, Bapurao Jagtap Marg, Jacob Circle, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011, with its correspondence office and address for notices at 4th Floor, C-15, Sector-3, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that is the entity meant.

You may read, share and quote this site for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier, partner or employer. You may not:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use automated means to extract content at scale;
• attempt to access any non-public part of the site or probe its security;
• reproduce substantial parts of the content as your own, or present our material as another company's;
• use anything here to build or train a competing product or model.

The text, design, code, illustrations, diagrams and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Client logos and names appear only where that client has agreed in writing, and they remain the property of those clients.

Short quotation with attribution is fine and welcome. Wholesale reproduction is not.

This section matters more than the usual boilerplate, so it is written plainly.

• Results shown are from specific programmes and are directional. A recovery lift, a save rate or a cost-per-outcome reduction was achieved on a particular book, at a particular time, under a particular set of constraints. It is evidence that the approach works, not a forecast for your book.
• Anonymised examples are anonymised for a reason. Where a result is described without a client name, that is because we do not have written consent to name them, not because the result is invented. We will not confirm or hint at the identity behind an anonymised claim.
• Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a guarantee. Commercial terms, including anything about outcome-linked pricing, exist only in a signed contract with an agreed baseline.
• Forward-looking statements are exactly that. Anything about what we intend to build, certify or ship is a current intention and may change.

When you give us your number and ask for a call, you are asking us to place an automated call to that number, and you confirm you are entitled to receive calls on it.

That call is recorded and transcribed, and we will tell you so on the call. We use it to show you the transcript and to improve the product. You can ask us to delete it. Details are in the privacy notice. An inbound demo request is treated as your consent to be contacted about it, and we handle this in line with the TRAI UCC framework.

Where we link out, whether to a regulator, a research paper, a partner or a news report, we do not control that content and we do not adopt it. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure and page is current at the moment you read it. Content may be edited or removed without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this site and these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, for existing clients.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
